Beautiful sessions begin with great expectations! We find that most of our clients come to us because they have seen the images of one of our previous clients. They are excited because they want to have the same feel to their images and we love that. Here are some things to know that will help you have a rewardingly rich time with us.
{Before Your Session}
Client Questionnaire ~
A lot of detail goes into the forethought of each session, and to help us with that you will be asked to fill out some general questions, so that we can begin working on the pre-planning portion of your session.
Client Agreement ~
We want our clients to understand the time and commitment we provide with each session. We have some simple rules and guidelines that are necessary to ensure a superior end product. You will be asked to read over these and give your digital signature that you have read them.
Pre-Consultation ~
We will plan a time to meet and get to know you personally. We prefer to meet in your home, but if that is not convenient we can also meet at the location you would like to use for your session.
Private Client Page ~
Once you have paid your creative session fee, you will be given access to a private page that has info like “What to Wear” to help you prepare for your session.
{During Your Session}
Beth will have a flexible plan in place for the time that you are together. Sessions are very laid back and relaxed. We have allowed time to take a break if necessary. If you are a family with small children, we will be having lots of fun. Beth is very sensitive with children and takes their nature into account. She will often give them something to do, so that they are moving and being natural. She has found that this gives them the opportunity to be themselves, while letting her capture them in a beautiful way.
{After Your Session}
Timeline ~
The largest amount of time spent on a session is what happens in the dark room. Beth is very particular about the finished product. There is a minimum wait of 3 weeks before a session is ready to go live.
Sneak Peeks ~
We usually post a few images on Facebook within the week after your session. Please feel free to download them and to use them on your profile. We only ask that you respect the copyright and understand that it is illegal to change the integrity of the image in any way.
Private Gallery and Ordering ~
Once your session has been processed and is ready for viewing, you will be notified. You will have 5 days to make your selections and decide on your final purchases. You choose when those 5 days will start. Any image not ordered during this time will be purged. All images purchased will be stored for 1 year from time of purchase. Additional gallery time can be purchased at $25 per additional day needed. Once you have picked a date for your gallery to be opened, you will be given a private access code that you can also share with family and friends.
Ordering Assistance ~
During the 5 days that your gallery is live, you will be given an opportunity to have a phone consultation with Beth. At that time she can help you with any questions that you may have.
Custom Designs ~
Beth has designed for both small and large wall spaces. If you have a desired space that you need help envisioning what’s possible, she can do that and even show you what it will look like digitally.
Delivery ~
Most items are delivered within 2 weeks of receiving payment. Albums take 6 to 8 weeks. From the time of your session date you can expect to receive most of your items by the 5th week. This is very important to remember when scheduling your appointment.
Follow Up ~
After you have received all of your items, we will contact you to request a phone chat. We value your feedback and want to know how your experience was with us.
